It is time to start booking your rooms for the 2025 UMECRA Convention. Planning this upcoming convention has had a couple of bumps in the road unfortunately. Just before the last ride of the season I received an email from the hotel, saying that they will be closing at the first of the year. But in a couple of weeks time I have been able to find a beautiful hotel on the west side of Madison to host us.
Next bump, our speaker has now canceled on us. I have confidence that we’ll find someone equally as good to speak for us and all will continue as planned.
With that being said, here is the information to book your room at the hotel. I want to remind everyone to make sure to book using the UMECRA code. We have reserved a block of rooms and your booking will go towards that number of rooms reserved. If you do not use the code your room will not count towards the block of rooms we have reserved. We must meet this number, otherwise UMECRA is held responsible for the remaining rooms. So please if you are calling in, be sure to use “UMECRA” as your code or you can book using the link below. That will also give you the discounted rooms and count towards our reserved block. Last day to book the hotel rooms is December 27, 2024.
I apologize to anyone that had plans to go to the Dells. I really did try to find something in that area. It just didn’t work out unfortunately.
